Payment Terms

• Minimum 50% deposit required to confirm booking
• Full payment due 30 days before departure
• Free cancellation up to 90 days before departure
• Cancellations within 90 days: ₹10,000 fee applies

Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure.
3. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
4. Visa approval is subject to the Embassy and immigration authorities.
5. Flight schedules are subject to airline operational changes.
6. Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels will be provided if required.
7. Standard hotel check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.
8. Tour itinerary and timings may change due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons.
9. Airport transfers and sightseeing will operate as per the confirmed schedule.
10. Guests must be present in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup.
11. Unused services during the tour are non-refundable.
12. Optional tours are not included in the package price and can be booked at an additional cost.
13. Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, telephone bills, and beverages are not included.
14. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
15. GST, TCS, Visa Fees, and any government taxes are extra unless specifically mentioned.
16. Cancellation charges will apply as per the company's cancellation policy.
17. No refund will be provided for missed flights, no-shows, or unused services.
18. The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, or airline operational issues.
19. Any additional expenses due to flight delays, weather conditions, or force majeure shall be borne by the traveler.
20. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
