Important Notes

• 1. This is per person rate.
• 2. Rooms are on twin share basis.
• 3. Date & Flight will be fixed after your Full Payment.
• 4. Layover can be 2 to 6 hours depends on your date and flight availability.
• 5. Flight can be Indigo, Vietjet, Thai Lion or other as per availability.

• 7. First Arrival city either Phuket or Bangkok, It Depends on Your Departure Date & Flight Availability.
• 8. Your Room Category can be standard or Superior as per room availability. Hotels have standard check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (12:00 PM) times. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges. Similar category hotels will be provided if listed options are unavailable.
• 9. Please Note that Visa Depends on the Embassy. Clients must comply with the visa rules of the destination country. We are not responsible for visa delays or rejections under any circumstances.
• 10. Please send passport details for confirmation.
• 11. You have to pay the full payment 30 days before starting day of your journey.
• Flight timings are subject to airline schedules and changes.
• Tour and transfer timings are subject to traffic and local conditions.
• Baggage allowance is subject to the respective airline policy.
• Personal expenses are not included in the package.

Payment Terms

• Minimum 50% deposit required to confirm booking
• Full payment due 30 days before departure
• Free cancellation up to 90 days before departure
• Cancellations within 90 days: ₹10,000 fee applies

Terms & Conditions

1. A minimum of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
3. Final travel documents (air tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour confirmations) will be issued 1 to 3 days before departure.
4. If full payment is made in advance, travel documents will be provided within 72 hours.
5. The entry and exit city/country may vary depending on the travel date and flight availability.
6. The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. The tour timings provided in the itinerary are approximate; final timings will be shared a day before the respective tour.
8. Private transfers are point-to-point only. The driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes.
9. Strict adherence to pickup timings is required. Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Missing a pickup may result in additional costs for self-arranged transport. We recommend being in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to departure.
10. Always be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled transfer or tour departure.
11. Once the booking is confirmed, the sales team’s involvement ends, and the operations team will take over and support you throughout the trip.
12. The operations team will provide day-wise tour schedules.
13. We are committed to making your journey smooth and hassle-free.
14. After any final travel documents are issued, Travel Bazar Global shall not be liable for any tour modifications or cancellations initiated by the client or airline. Refunds for air tickets will follow the respective airline’s cancellation policy.

18. No changes will be accepted after any travel documents have been issued.
19. Upon valid email request before 21 days, the client can reschedule the same or equivalent value tour within 1 year of the original booking date (excluding public and festival holidays).
20. a) For cancellation within 90 to 45 days a 10% processing fees of total package cost or ₹10,000 whichever is higher will be charged.
21. b) For cancellation within 45 to 30 days a 50% processing fees of total package cost will be charged.
22. c) Cancellation less than 30 days of tour or no show; no refund whatsoever the reason OR Act of God.
23. d) No refund after submission of any travel documents to client.
24. Approved refunds will be processed within 45–90 working days. GST & TCS are non-refundable.
25. Seat preference requests on flights are chargeable.
26. Tour pricing is not valid during blackout dates or peak travel periods.
27. Hotel check-in time is typically 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (some at 10:00 AM). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
28. Children under 11 years will be charged as "child without bed and breakfast", unless otherwise stated. In some countries, this applies only to children under 6 years.
29. No refunds will be given for any unutilized services, whether in part or full.
30. Tourism taxes (₹100–₹300 per night) may be applicable in certain destinations like Europe, Dubai, Malaysia, etc; these must be paid directly at the hotel.
31. The free cancellation policy may not apply to non-refundable bookings. Travel Bazar Global reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time, with or without notice.
32. Most international hotels require a security deposit at check-in via credit card or cash. This deposit is refunded upon checkout, subject to hotel terms. Avoid using debit cards, as refunds can take 2–3 weeks. Charges for services like mini-bar or room service will be deducted from this deposit. Travel Bazar Global is not liable for any such transactions.
33. If Travel Bazar Global cancels a tour more than 7 days before departure, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days.
34. Additional charges may apply for tours scheduled during Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, or New Year vacations.
35. Any cost arising due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, landslides, or adverse weather conditions is not included in the tour cost.
36. Expenses caused by flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or missed connections due to airline operations, weather conditions, or technical issues shall be borne by the passenger.
37. Additional accommodation, meals, transportation, or sightseeing costs due to force majeure situations are not covered in the package.
38. Any medical emergency, hospitalization, doctor consultation, medication, or related expenses during the tour are excluded.
39. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, theft, or natural calamities. Participation in the tour is at the guest’s own risk.
40. Payment of the booking amount and confirmation of the tour package with us shall be deemed as the client’s acceptance and agreement to all company Terms & Conditions as outlined in the confirmed itinerary.
