1. A minimum of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

3. Final travel documents (air tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour confirmations) will be issued 1 to 3 days before departure.

4. If full payment is made in advance, travel documents will be provided within 72 hours.

5. This offer is valid only for bookings made under the Anniversary Sale. Customers making 100% payment in a single transaction may be eligible for expedited/instant issuance of available travel documents, subject to successful receipt and verification of full payment and required customer information. Incorrect, incomplete or delayed customer information may affect the document issuance timeline.

6. The entry and exit city/country may vary depending on the travel date and flight availability.

7. The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. The tour timings provided in the itinerary are approximate; final timings will be shared a day before the respective tour.

9. Private transfers are point-to-point only. The driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes.

10. Strict adherence to pickup timings is required. Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Missing a pickup may result in additional costs for self-arranged transport. We recommend being in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to departure.

11. Always be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled transfer or tour departure.

12. Once the booking is confirmed, the sales team's involvement ends, and the operations team will take over and support you throughout the trip.

13. The operations team will provide day-wise tour schedules.

14. We are committed to making your journey smooth and hassle-free.

15. After any final travel documents are issued, Travel Bazar Global shall not be liable for any tour modifications or cancellations initiated by the client or airline. Refunds for air tickets will follow the respective airline's cancellation policy.

16. Requests for date or package changes must be sent via email at least 21 days before departure to reservation@travelbazarglobal.com or mumbai@travelbazarglobal.com. No changes will be accepted after any travel documents have been issued.

17. Upon valid email request before 21 days, the client can reschedule the same or equivalent value tour within 1 year of the original booking date, excluding public and festival holidays.

18. For cancellation within 90 to 45 days, a 10% processing fee of total package cost or ₹10,000, whichever is higher, will be charged.

19. For cancellation within 45 to 30 days, a 50% processing fee of total package cost will be charged.

20. Cancellation less than 30 days before tour, or no-show: no refund whatsoever, regardless of reason or Act of God.

21. No refund after submission of any travel documents to client.

22. Approved refunds will be processed within 45–90 working days. GST & TCS are non-refundable.

23. Every eligible booking made during the Anniversary Sale will qualify for a ₹14,014 Travel Voucher.

24. The voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

25. The voucher can be redeemed against the customer's next three eligible trips booked with Travel Bazar Global during the voucher validity period.

26. ₹14,014 voucher is not applicable as a single-trip discount; the amount will be distributed across the customer's next 3 eligible trips.

27. The voucher is transferable to another person, subject to prior confirmation and verification by Travel Bazar Global.

28. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash.

29. The voucher is applicable only to eligible Travel Bazar Global bookings and cannot be used after its expiry date.

30. Any unused voucher amount, if applicable, will be subject to the voucher's specific redemption conditions and validity period.

31. In case of cancellation of the original qualifying booking, Travel Bazar Global reserves the right to cancel the voucher benefit.

32. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers/offers unless specifically approved by Travel Bazar Global.

33. Seat preference requests on flights are chargeable.

34. Tour pricing is not valid during blackout dates or peak travel periods.

35. Hotel check-in time is typically 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (some at 10:00 AM). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

36. Children under 11 years will be charged as "child without bed and breakfast", unless otherwise stated. In some countries, this applies only to children under 6 years.

37. No refunds will be given for any unutilized services, whether in part or full.

38. Tourism taxes (₹100–₹300 per night) may be applicable in certain destinations like Europe, Dubai, Malaysia, etc.; these must be paid directly at the hotel.

39. The free cancellation policy may not apply to non-refundable bookings. Travel Bazar Global reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time, with or without notice.

40. Most international hotels require a security deposit at check-in via credit card or cash. This deposit is refunded upon checkout, subject to hotel terms. Avoid using debit cards, as refunds can take 2–3 weeks. Charges for services like mini-bar or room service will be deducted from this deposit. Travel Bazar Global is not liable for any such transactions.

41. If Travel Bazar Global cancels a tour more than 7 days before departure, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days.

42. Additional charges may apply for tours scheduled during Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, or New Year vacations.

43. Eligible bookings can be cancelled without cancellation charges up to 21 days before the scheduled departure date, subject to the applicable conditions.

44. Cancellation 14 days before departure: ₹10,000 cancellation charges will be applicable per booking.

45. Cancellation within 14 days of departure: Cancellation charges will be as per the applicable booking/supplier policy.

46. The free-cancellation benefit applies only to eligible bookings made under this Anniversary Sale offer.

47. Once travel documents have been submitted/processed or issued, the free-cancellation benefit will no longer apply, irrespective of the number of days remaining before departure.

48. Any cancellation after the applicable free-cancellation period will be governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the booking.

49. Non-refundable components, third-party charges, visa fees, airline charges, hotel charges or other charges already incurred may be non-refundable, where applicable.

50. Cancellation requests must be submitted through an authorised Travel Bazar Global channel and are effective only after acknowledgement by the company.

55. The 1 Night FREE offer is applicable to bookings with a minimum of 8 travellers travelling together on the same trip.

56. The free night does not automatically include additional services such as meals, sightseeing, transfers, activities, taxes, visa charges or other services unless specifically mentioned in the confirmed package.

57. If the number of travellers falls below 8 after booking, eligibility for the complimentary night may be withdrawn and the applicable amount may become payable.

58. The final eligibility and inclusions of the free night will be confirmed at the time of booking.

59. Any cost arising due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, landslides, or adverse weather conditions is not included in the tour cost.

60. Expenses caused by flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or missed connections due to airline operations, weather conditions, or technical issues shall be borne by the passenger.

61. Additional accommodation, meals, transportation, or sightseeing costs due to force majeure situations are not covered in the package.

62. Any medical emergency, hospitalization, doctor consultation, medication, or related expenses during the tour are excluded.

63. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, theft, or natural calamities. Participation in the tour is at the guest's own risk.

64. Payment of the booking amount and confirmation of the tour package with us shall be deemed as the client's acceptance and agreement to all company Terms & Conditions as outlined in the confirmed itinerary.
