Bali Ubud Xclusive — 6 Nights / 7 Days

1. A minimum of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.

2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

3. Final travel documents will be issued 1–3 days before departure.

4. If full payment is made in advance, travel documents will be provided within 72 hours.

5. This offer is valid only for bookings made under the Anniversary Sale.

6. The entry and exit city/country may vary depending on the travel date and flight availability.

7. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Tour timings provided in the itinerary are approximate; final timings will be shared a day before the respective tour.

9. Private transfers are point-to-point only.

10. Drivers have limited waiting time. Guests should be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup.

11. Once booking is confirmed, the operations team will take over and support the guest throughout the trip.

12. Date or package change requests must be sent via email at least 21 days before departure.

13. No changes will be accepted after travel documents have been issued.

14. The same or equivalent-value tour may be rescheduled within 1 year, subject to applicable conditions.

15. Cancellation within 90–45 days: 10% of total package cost or ₹10,000, whichever is higher.

16. Cancellation within 45–30 days: 50% of total package cost.

17. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

18. No refund after travel documents have been submitted to the client.

19. Approved refunds will be processed within 45–90 working days.

20. GST & TCS are non-refundable.

21. Every eligible Anniversary Sale booking qualifies for a ₹14,014 Travel Voucher.

22. Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

23. Voucher can be redeemed against the customer's next three eligible trips.

24. Voucher is not applicable as a single-trip discount.

25. Voucher is transferable subject to prior confirmation and verification.

26. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

27. Seat preference requests on flights are chargeable.

28. Tour pricing is not valid during blackout dates or peak travel periods.

29. Hotel check-in is typically 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.

30. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

31. Children under 11 years will be charged as child without bed and breakfast unless otherwise stated.

32. No refund will be given for any unutilized services.

33. Applicable tourism taxes must be paid directly at the hotel.

34. Hotel security deposits may be required at check-in.

35. Free cancellation may not apply to non-refundable bookings.

36. If Travel Bazar Global cancels a tour more than 7 days before departure, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days.

37. Additional charges may apply during Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas or New Year vacations.

38. Eligible bookings can be cancelled without cancellation charges up to 21 days before departure, subject to applicable conditions.

39. Cancellation 14 days before departure: ₹10,000 cancellation charges per booking.

40. Cancellation within 14 days: Charges will be as per applicable booking/supplier policy.

41. Free cancellation applies only to eligible Anniversary Sale bookings.

42. Once travel documents are submitted, processed or issued, the free-cancellation benefit will no longer apply.

43. Non-refundable components, third-party charges, visa fees, airline charges and hotel charges already incurred may be non-refundable.

44. Cancellation requests must be submitted through an authorised Travel Bazar Global channel.

45. 1 Night FREE applies to bookings with a minimum of 8 travellers travelling together.

46. Free night does not automatically include meals, sightseeing, transfers, activities, taxes or visa charges unless specifically mentioned.

47. If travellers fall below 8 after booking, eligibility for the complimentary night may be withdrawn.

48. Final eligibility and inclusions of the free night will be confirmed at booking.

49. Natural disaster and adverse weather-related costs are not included.

50. Expenses caused by flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling or missed connections are borne by the passenger.

51. Additional accommodation, meals, transportation or sightseeing due to force majeure are not covered.

52. Medical emergencies, hospitalization, doctor consultation and medication expenses are excluded.

53. Travel Bazar Global is not responsible for injury, loss, delay, theft or natural calamities.

54. Participation in the tour is at the guest's own risk.

55. Payment and confirmation of the tour package constitute acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
