1. Minimum 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.

2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure.

3. Final travel documents will be issued 1–3 days before departure.

4. If full payment is made in advance, travel documents will be provided within 72 hours.

5. This offer is valid only for bookings made under the Anniversary Sale.

6. Entry and exit city/country may vary depending on travel date and flight availability.

7. Itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Tour timings are approximate and final timings will be shared before the tour.

9. Private transfers are point-to-point only.

10. Driver waiting time is limited. Guests should be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup.

11. Once booking is confirmed, the operations team will take over and support the guest throughout the trip.

12. Date or package change requests must be sent at least 21 days before departure.

13. No changes will be accepted after travel documents have been issued.

14. Valid change requests before 21 days may allow rescheduling of the same or equivalent-value tour within 1 year, excluding public/festival holidays.

15. Cancellation within 90–45 days: 10% processing fee or ₹10,000, whichever is higher.

16. Cancellation within 45–30 days: 50% processing fee of total package cost.

17. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

18. No refund after travel documents have been submitted to the client.

19. Approved refunds will be processed within 45–90 working days.

20. GST & TCS are non-refundable.

21. ₹14,014 Travel Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

22. Voucher can be redeemed across the next 3 eligible trips.

23. Voucher is not applicable as a single-trip discount.

24. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

25. Seat preference requests on flights are chargeable.

26. Tour pricing is not valid during blackout dates or peak travel periods.

27. Early check-in / late check-out cannot be guaranteed.

28. No refund will be provided for unutilized services.

29. Applicable tourism taxes must be paid directly at the hotel.

30. Hotel security deposits may be required at check-in.

31. Flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling or missed connections may result in additional costs payable by the passenger.

32. Additional accommodation, meals, transportation or sightseeing due to force majeure are not covered.

33. Medical emergencies and related expenses are excluded.

34. Guests participate in the tour at their own risk.

35. Payment and confirmation of the package shall be deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
