1. Minimum 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.

2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure.

3. Final travel documents will normally be issued 1–3 days before departure.

4. If full payment is made in advance, travel documents may be provided within 72 hours.

5. Anniversary Sale benefits are applicable only to eligible Anniversary Sale bookings.

6. Entry and exit city/country may vary depending on travel date and flight availability.

7. Itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Tour timings are approximate and final timings will be shared before the tour.

9. Private transfers are point-to-point only.

10. Guests should be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup.

11. Driver waiting time is limited; missing pickup may result in additional transportation costs.

12. Once booking is confirmed, the operations team will handle the trip arrangements.

13. Date/package change requests must be submitted at least 21 days before departure.

14. No changes will be accepted after travel documents have been issued.

15. Cancellation from 90–45 days: 10% processing fee or ₹10,000, whichever is higher.

16. Cancellation from 45–30 days: 50% of total package cost.

17. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

18. No refund after travel documents have been submitted to the client.

19. Approved refunds are processed within 45–90 working days.

20. GST & TCS are non-refundable.

21. ₹14,014 Travel Voucher is valid for 1 year from issue date.

22. The voucher is distributed across the customer's next 3 eligible trips and cannot be used as a single-trip discount.

23. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

24. Seat preference requests on flights are chargeable.

25. Tour pricing is not valid during blackout dates or peak travel periods.

26. Hotel check-in is typically 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.

27. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

28. No refund for unutilized services.

29. Tourism taxes, where applicable, are payable directly at the hotel.

30. Hotel security deposits may be required at check-in.

31. Flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling and missed connections may result in additional costs payable by the passenger.

32. Additional accommodation, meals, transportation or sightseeing caused by force majeure are not included.

33. Medical expenses during the tour are excluded.

34. Guests participate in the tour at their own risk.

35. Payment and confirmation of the package constitute acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
