1. Minimum 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.

2. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure.

3. Final travel documents will be issued 1–3 days before departure.

4. If full payment is made in advance, travel documents will be provided within 72 hours.

5. This offer is valid only for bookings made under the Anniversary Sale.

6. Flight dates, airline, layover and timings are subject to availability and final ticket confirmation.

7. Entry and exit city/country may vary depending on travel date and flight availability.

8. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Tour timings are approximate and final timings will be shared before the respective tour.

10. Private transfers are point-to-point only.

11. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 5–10 minutes. Guests must be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup.

12. Once booking is confirmed, the operations team will handle the trip arrangements.

13. Date or package change requests must be sent by email at least 21 days before departure.

14. No changes will be accepted after travel documents have been issued.

15. Cancellation charges apply as per the applicable cancellation schedule.

16. Cancellation within 90–45 days: 10% processing fee or ₹10,000, whichever is higher.

17. Cancellation within 45–30 days: 50% of total package cost.

18. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

19. No refund after travel documents have been submitted to the client.

20. Approved refunds may take 45–90 working days. GST & TCS are non-refundable.

21. ₹14,014 Travel Voucher is applicable to eligible Anniversary Sale bookings and is distributed across the next 3 eligible trips.

22. Seat preference requests on flights are chargeable.

23. Tour pricing is not valid during blackout dates or peak travel periods.

24. Hotel check-in is generally 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM, subject to hotel policy.

25. No refund will be provided for unutilized services.

26. Tourism taxes, where applicable, must be paid directly at the hotel.

27. Free cancellation applies only to eligible Anniversary Sale bookings and subject to applicable conditions.

28. Non-refundable components, third-party charges, visa fees, airline charges and hotel charges already incurred may be non-refundable.

29. Flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, missed connections and force majeure-related expenses will be borne by the passenger.

30. Additional accommodation, meals, transportation or sightseeing due to unforeseen circumstances are not included.

31. Payment and confirmation of the package shall be deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
